Toby Kellk, PsyD

Dr. Kellk is the founder of the Cognitive Insight Center, Inc., where she provides comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological services with a compassionate and client-centered approach. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Western Michigan University and her Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D.) from Nova Southeastern University, where she received advanced training in neuropsychological assessment.

Dr. Kellk has worked in diverse clinical settings—including community-based programs, hospitals, and educational environments—gaining broad experience across the lifespan. Her clinical expertise includes the assessment and diagnosis of ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, and general cognitive functioning for individuals ages 5 through adulthood.

In addition to psychological evaluations, Dr. Kellk provides ADHD and executive functioning coaching and offers individual psychotherapy with a focus on adolescents and adults. Her therapeutic work is grounded in cognitive-behavioral principles, with special attention to social and emotional challenges, including anxiety, self-esteem, and emotional regulation.

Jillian Grabowski, PhD

Dr. Grabowski received her doctorate degree in clinical psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2024. She has experience working with child, adolescent, and adult populations in outpatient, residential, and academic settings.

Dr. Grabowski enjoys applying her skillset to both psychotherapy and psychological assessment. She believes in offering collaboration, empathy,
and empowerment while supporting her clients through their unique journey toward self-understanding.

Hannah Kaganac, PhD

Dr. Kaganac received her doctorate degree in clinical psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2025. She completed her internship at the University of Arkansas where she provided individual and group therapy, psychological assessment, and crisis services. 

Dr. Kaganac enjoys applying her skillset to psychological assessment. She provides a safe, affirming, and collaborative environment where individuals can openly explore and express their identities. Through this supportive space, individuals are empowered to deepen their self-understanding and move toward personal growth and authenticity.
